Katherine A. Dinan has followed a steady progression to establish herself on the international stage. She first gained recognition representing the United States in youth championships before confirming her potential at senior level. She enjoyed a significant rise in the mid-2010s with her horse Nougat du Vallet, achieving numerous placings in CSI5* competitions. She also competed in several World Cup qualifiers, qualifying for the Final in 2016 in Gothenburg. After a quieter period linked to her university studies, she has gradually returned to top-level competition, regularly competing in CSI4* and CSI5* events.
