Jason Smith, a Swiss rider of Scottish origin, started his career in Great Britain and rode for the junior national team in 2007. In 2008, he moved to Switzerland to train with Pius Schwizer. Since then, he has steadily risen through the ranks. In 2024, he joined the Swiss elite squad. That same year, with Picobello van’t Roosakker, he produced a double clear in the Nations Cup in Mannheim, helping Switzerland finish second. He also earned top-10 finishes at the CSIO St. Gallen. Jason continues to grow as a key asset to the national team.
