Geir Gulliksen

  • Norway Norway

Geir Gulliksen is one of the most enduring figures in Norwegian show jumping, with an international career spanning over four decades. He has represented Norway at six European Championships, three World Equestrian Games, two FEI World Cup Finals, and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where the team initially earned bronze before being disqualified due to a teammate’s sanction.

A 17-time Norwegian national champion and ten-time winner of the prestigious King’s Cup (as of 2019), he continues to compete at a high level well into his sixties. In 2024–2025, he remains a key figure on the international circuit, both as a rider and as team manager of the Scandinavian Vikings in the Global Champions League.

Based in Lierskogen, he runs Stall Gullik alongside his children — a successful training and trading operation. Known for his discipline, longevity, and commitment to developing the next generation, Geir Gulliksen is a cornerstone of Norwegian show jumping.
