Douglas Lindelöw comes from a strong equestrian lineage, with both parents having competed for Sweden and worked as trainers. He began riding at the age of five and fully committed to the sport after finishing secondary school. Making a mark early on, he won individual gold at the 2010 European Young Riders Championships, alongside a team silver, and also claimed victory in the Schleswig Holstein Grand Prix that same year.
As a senior competitor, Douglas has taken part in five European Championships, three World Cup Finals, and earned a team silver medal at the 2017 Europeans aboard Zacramento. He remains a consistent presence, especially in CSI3* and CSI4* events, representing Sweden in Nations Cups such as Gothenburg 2024. His reputation is built on solid technique, a strong family background, and resilience in the face of challenges beyond the sport.
